Works for what I need, however they taste awful!
they do work
Due to haveing chonically low iron, i have aleaus takem fumerate and since i bought these I have had to take 2 to 3x the amount. My labs and energy levels proved it.
Love the price and the dosage! Only critique is that it taste and smells different compared to the other supplements I take
I use this for restless leg syndrome and it helps tremendously. Highly recommend – the pill is small but should be taken with or after food. It also helped me with acute anemia after heavy periods, without this supplement I used to get tired and my mind was foggy.
I’ve taken many different iron supplements over the years. This one is definitely easy on my digestive system, which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend.
I’ve been taking these for a few months and had my blood work tested recently and I’m still deficient in iron… So it’s possible these aren’t strong enough
Taking one every other day raised my hemacrit levels from 12.1 to 13.7 so that I can donate blood again. I am sure that these have helped me not to be too tired as well. I have had no problems with constipation as is common with some iron supplements. One bottle is a year’s supply plus if taken every other day.
